The Work
REAL STRUCTURAL WORK.ON HEAVY-HAUL TRAILERS.
You'll fit and weld the structural steel that holds a heavy-haul trailer together. When it leaves our Katy shop, it goes to work hauling drilling rigs, excavators, and military equipment.

3+ Years Working Experience
At least three years of working experience in welding or fitting — time on the job, not just in the classroom.

Pass the Weld Test
3G, MIG, and flux core, including carbon gouging.

Read Blueprints
Read and build from blueprints and shop drawings.

Detail & Safety
Strong attention to detail and safe work habits, every shift.

Hourly Pay

Estimate before taxes: 40 straight-time hours plus 10 overtime hours at time-and-a-half. Actual hours vary week to week.
